We aim to deliver all orders to mainland UK within 7 days. Orders for overseas delivery may take longer. Please see our delivery details for full details.

How can I return my order?

How much is delivery?

Normal postage cost to UK mainland £4.95. Orders over £50 are free to UK mainland. For International orders up to 2kg it is £20.50. For International orders over 2kg contact us at for prices.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with items missing?

What should I do if I’m unhappy with my order?

Please contact us at with full details so we can do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us at with full details so we can cancel the oder if it hasn't already been posted. 

Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately we don't take cheques although there are a number of payment methods available which includes all major debit and credit cards as well PayPal.

What is the VAT rate?

The UK VAT rate is currently 20% which is included in the price shown.

Can I purchase Gift Vouchers online?

Gift Vouchers aren't currently available to purchase online but please contact us at so we can do it manually.

Can I replace a piece that has been broken?

As all items are individually hand painted so unfortunately we can't provide any replacement items.

What does microwave and dishwasher safe mean?

All items are fired up to 1200 °C using leadfree glaze and will therefore not leach harmful or toxic chemicals or substances into food or break, crack, shatter, or become damaged in some way when heated in the microwave oven or dishwasher. Although all our items are microwave and dishwasher safe we recommend low heat settings.

How secure are my details?

Private personal details are all retained in a secure manner - see Shopify Privacy Policy for further details.

How do I customise/personalise an item?

Currently we don't provide this option online (coming soon!) but if you would like a personalised item we are more than happy to do so, please email with further details and we will provide the cost and delivery information.
